Resolved Khuzait town well water is...someone's morning cup of coffee?

Summary:
I peaked into the Khuzait well in the keep of Makeb and...well, the water doesn't really seem to be drinkable and not a water at all...
Also some grass is poking through.

How to Reproduce:

1. enter the town of Makeb
2. walk up to the castle
3. take a peak into the well
4. taste it

That looks like it's on purpose not a bug.
