In Progress Game Crashes When Selecting the race for Character Creation

Summary:HAve uninstalled and reinstalled a clean game, but everytime i choose a character race the game crashes immediately.
How to Reproduce:Click Character Creation after cut scene click a race, then it crashes

This happens to me as well, but I get a little further. I just purchased the game and tried 2 new clean installs. Got a d3d_device_context_->Map at rglGPU_device::lock_texture Failed!

I have all of the latest drivers for Windows 11, my motherboard an BIOS installed. I have been thinking about upgrading my Video card. Most similar issues appear to be witth the GTXZ 1xxx series card.
