Companions problem

I hired 2 companions yesterday, the first one is now my bodyguard when i walk in to town, the second one is staying in tavern, even if i take him into my party, when i walk into town, i can't call him to follow me coz i need he help me attack bandit in town. Anyone got this problem and how to fix it

Because of the other guy is busy drink in tarven, so my bodyguard has no option to call him
