Must have option to chiose what unite my men should attack. This is a must have future.

That's one of the many things that should be implemented to actually improve combat over Warband.
You have close to none tactical possibilities, and choosing what unit should attack which enemy is one of the most important ones, along with orders to skirmish or to defend a certain friendly unit. And of course a tactical map is badly needed.
