A friend told me a while ago that you can recruit garrison troops in bulk just like in ACOK. However, I cannot find out how. I've talked to the three council members in my town but none of them have the option to recruit troops for a garrison in bulk.
I tried looking online and on these forums but cannot find a full answer.
Was my friend mistaken? Is there no way to recruit garrisoned troops like this?
