the Perk Immortal Charm, last in the Charm tree, causes you to loose 20 influence per day per character that has it.

Did you also give yourself 275 or more charm skill? If not perhaps it just multiplies the influence in a way that takes of f 1 for every 5 below 250.

You only can get 16 influence per hero by 330 Charm.
If you lose 20 Influence per day, you have probably give your heroes to high charm levels.
