I have a Clan party that has roughly 70 Veteran Varayags ready to upgrade, but the Hero running the party won't buy Warhorses and I have no option to give her Warhorses. Any know if this is a bug or WAI?

Some special troop trees seems to be wrong. And you need multiple war horses for upgrade. I.e. from Brigant to Higwayman you need one and from Highwayman to Vlandian Champion again. The normal tree which starts with the Vlandian Squire is working correct.

When upgrading a brigand it costs a warhorse. When upgrading a highway man it costs a warhorse. Either brigand to highway man should only cost a normal horse or highway man to champion shouldn't cost an extra warhorse. War horses are hard enough to get since almost nowhere sells them, and...
