How to Reproduce: Battles between 2 armies vs 1 army. Try sending a dump. After the crash, a many windows of TWCrashUploader were created but on the end, only one was running. Now can't close these two windows. (Disk at that moment don't have bad sectors. On Windows partition 8GB free space...

When I'm trying to upload crash by TWCrashUploader, it stuck in sending dumps process and after 5-6 minutes "Cannot cleanup crash report" error show up.
