I executed all the Khuzait nobles and minor factions and conquered all their cities and castles until it says they were destroyed but some days later they were back because a minor faction had joined Khuzait. 2 other minor factions joined their faction later as well. I hunted down all of them...

I destroyed the entire Sturgia, took over all of their settlements and executed every last one of them but they're still declaring war on us. Also there's a "Test Clan" but I think it's a known issue.
