Making the rewards for specifically only when training a certain working class (i.e: serf, craftsman, engineer, master smith, huntsman, militia, herdsmen, traveler, sailor, etc.) and not when people cook or mine. Because 1k gold for mining 9 salt can be abusive. Maybe keep the crafting reward if possible, but still doing that where you get the item back and are able to either sell it back, give it to someone or sell it to someone which is realistic. Faction pay should purely come from the lord. Lords money should come from the chests which comes from the revenue of the castle. No feature should be able to enforce that, as that should naturally happen in PW. (which has, long time ago). Make fishing nets more reliable.
