    Faction relations

    I haven't attacked any factions yet but i have negative relations (about -5) with some of them (Mierce, Glastenic, Pengwern and some more). I have 500ish renown, 69 honor rating and 46 right to rule points. Is it because my character has somewhat high right to rule points? Or is it a bug? Or...
