I cant arm my troops! I am not a member of any faction and dont own any settlements. I have 20 melee troops and 5 rifles with ammo in my baggage. But when I try to arm my troops and chose firleman option game say that I DONT HAVE RIFLE OR AMMO IN MY BAGGAGE! HELP!
