    Don't know if it's consistent just yet, but I just went through a scenario in which Rhagaea basically just displaced one of the conquered territories which was given to one the new lords that joined the Southern Empire. She voted to change the owner and then put herself on ballot and took it. So yeah, not sure if that's happened before.

    Yep, ruling clan will literally go into negative influence in order to get it. Is that supposed to happen?
