That's definitely a problem, since Siege servers are all OCEANIA, where I have ping >400ms. Not talking about proper duel servers, where you can test combat mechanics.

I mainly play in Multiplayer, the fact it's this currently unavailable due to "login failed" issue very sad - considering refund if Taleworlds will not solve it in, for at least, 2-3 days.
