  1. Talking with prisoners in dungeon

    Is there any reason not to be allowed to speak to prisoners? I'm completing that quest to talk with 10 lords and I've tracked two of them to the dungeon, I've even bribed one guad and it's a bit silly that the prisoner asks who you are but then he's like 'no, can't speak with ya!' ... still...
