    Sorry for spamming but i rememberd after a while.I joined the templars and the templar sergeants wore black.The Templars had white tunic over their armors.

    Different troop types get assigned to divisions in the Party Window, as in Native.
    Splitting the same type into a secondary division happens in your Camp Menu.
