    I love the idea of regrouping the "core mods" : no new items, textures, music, sounds, animations.

    Though are you planning to include some of these following features which seem essential to the gameplay for me^^?

  4. Player Suggestions and Feature Discussion

    Sorry I make new posts (Suggestions come as long I am progressing through the mod :smile: )

    Previous suggestions:

    1) already in the list : integrate Diplomacy (+1)

    2) Integrate Custom Commander

    3) Castle are too easily taken. This seems unrealistic.
    - Maybe spawn distance should be further?
    - Ladder could not be already ready but had to be lifted up? (PBOD would also help to dispatch the soldiers correctly before the battle).
    - Maybe thicker wall so that units can easily move
    - The mod with 2 ladders is a good idea.

    4) Already in the list (* Zone control for cities/villages to disallow armies to trespass) : Armies too easily wander in enemies territory.
    - Something like virtual frontier should be established with more patrol on borders?  (same as  "Zone control for cities/villages to disallow armies to trespass" )


    5) Suggestion : permanent execution of prisoner lords with high cost of honor.

    6) Unique items should really be better than classic ones - or classic ones nerfed -. For instance, I think of the Geroian Sword granted after beating the Rhodok king, which is not better than a claymore.

    Suggestion : best unique swords could go up to 70 with approximately the same speed/range than claymore, long sword, etc.

    New suggestions

    1) Things that effect moral are: Base Moral, Food Variety, Past Events, Leadership and Army Size
    The past events moral decrease really quickly. If you stay a few days to rest in a city with a large party, the soldiers will begin to desert even with lot of food.

    Suggestion:  Wouldn't it be more realist that this past events morale decrease at a slower pace?

    2) Day time period is not realistic. I live in France where there a some castles :smile: and big ones like in the game are more at a few days/weeks of walk than <1 day.

    Suggestion : tweak the word "day" with "week" in the game and remove the day/night effect (and the slower movement at night). It would be closer to the Medieval II : Total war's system (seasons) which is perfect I think.

    3) When a lord change of faction, he instantly requires some fief. But those lords only accepts towns.

    Suggestion : tweak this so they are happy with village and castle? (less happy of course :smile: )

    4) Suggestion : breakable main door for castle

    5) Suggestion : With the spymaster, option to hire somebody (cost x denars) from the inside to open the castle door.

    6) Suggestion : Limit of fight per day (or week :smile: ) : once you have a good trained army you can just rush all the castles of a faction in a few days.
    It could be done through a score to reflect if the soldiers are exhaust or a new line in the moral computation.

    7) Mace aren't really powerful in the new items.

    Suggestion : introduce new maces or improve current ones?

    :cool: When we create our kingdom we have to put one of the companion as a "minister" (don't remember the exact word). Once he is at his job you can't ask him what is his equipment and his skills.

    Suggestion : Two new lines in the dialog screen which link to the equipment and skills (the sames as when you talk to them and they are in your party)

    I had a quest given by a lady to challenge the king of my realm in order to "undermine him". Unfortunately there's no dialog to begin the challenge.

    Is it normal?

    The mod is just awesome, I would only suggest 2 things:

    - Castle are too easily taken. I perform better on a plain than in a castle with my army of Nords/Vaegirs. This seems unrealistic. Maybe spawn distance should be further? Ladder could not be already ready but had to be lifted up? (TBOD would also help to dispatch the soldiers correctly before the battle). The mod with 2 ladders is a good idea.
    - Armies too easily wander in enemies territory. Something like virtual frontier should be established. Maybe more patrol with a small range of movement?

  8. Warband crashes in multiplayer when a shield is broken

    Hello, I have reinstalled my warband on steam and every time I play (only tried in multiplayer for the moment) the game crashes wen I break the shield of an opponent. Is there any solution for this?
