As possibly the last edition on Warband, there was a lot of compromises which had to be done for this Nations Cup. From the get-go, up to the grand-final, we knew some of the decisions taken would inevitably create the discontent of certain teams or individuals. Nevertheless, the admin team always made it of paramount importance to give teams the best and fairest conditions possible. That doesn't mean we always succeded - far from it actually - but that's what we always aimed at. In a tournament featuring teams from all over the world, I don't think it's possible to do much better as your decisions will eventually always end-up being seen as unfair by one side or the other, when not both.
I could write a lot more about certain incidents which disappointed me or instead, words or actions which filled my heart with joy through the course of the tournament, but then I would end-up writing a bigger post than Watly's. I will limit myself to thank all the people who helped the tournament in some ways, referees, streamers, stats provider(s), server providers, people who kept supporting us and showing us love because it's eventually what kept the tournament going and kept us, admins, motivated and happy to work for the community. And obviously, thanks to the admin team which kept this baby rolling, especially to Watly and Cow who dedicated a massive amount of their free time to make this last NC as successful as possible.
