Does it fix the impossibility to win? A.k.a you can't win because every faction has 1 man armies everywhere.

Sorry if this has been posted already, search didn't come up with anything. Anyway when playing Warband, the game will randomly 1) Lose the reticule so it get's rather impossible to aim with crossbows and such 2) Completely mess up the world map. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit and all my drivers...
