    My question is many rhodok sergeants dont take shields,but in native they have shields,so i think its a bug.i tried to use troop editor,open a new game,or reinstall the mod,but they dont work.

    嘗試使用非官方部隊編輯，點擊复選標記的方塊，上面寫著“擋箭牌”。如果這是行不通的。嘗試重新安裝該模塊。

    我不知道你說的是哪個非官方編輯器。我曾經重裝過一次不過沒有用。PS：我英語不好，亂講的而已。
