I´ve seen how over 700 forest bandits annihilated several Dragonstone armies. Those smaller factions really suffer from pandemic bandits/raiders.

I don´t know if this is WAD, but in 0.7 my troops don´t get any XP from the trainer skill. It´s kind of hard to fight all those outlaws with Stormland levies.
