As a veteran from competetive scene I can say that I dont hate to much on the current class system. Warband over time build its meta anyway in competetive scene. I remember using same loadout over and over again in every match.
Right now the class system is not ideal but it has its potential.
Custom loadout only make sense in custom for fun games. Which I know is important to some but for not as much for me personaly.
Social justice warriors and political correctness. I have been there people it sucks. Dont take every dumb comment seriously and you will have better life.
Welcome to internet. Majority of people who make really insulting comments are weak, losers who are pussies in real life. Learn to ignore those internet trolls is best solution. Or just mute them.
Cmon guys the rules are not so bad. People are so serious about not being serious. Accept the rules or go home.
btw. Good job guys it looks interesting.
Play trainning matches (try something new everytime). Then play on public. Then go sleep and next day do the same thing. Its all about experience and discipline. Every single member of your team must eat and breathe warband. Thats how you will become succesfull in every game or sport. Go no life mod if you really want it bad.
Update for Hunterwood village:
- added more hills (but I think I have seen flatter maps )
- added couple buildings
- more high post for arhcers to hide from cav
I couldnt find out how to expand map borders. I think it is something in terrain code if you know how feel free to edit it or tell me how.
There was/is vikingr but the time when they make it more realistic people stoped playing it. The problem could be that people were just used to native but I would say that slower the game is more boring it is (for me atleast) and thats how real medival combat look like compare to M&B, slow.
As you wished the nightmare of all cav players is back. Here is the competetive version of Raven's nest. Map Name: Raven's nest (v3) Creator: Thunderon Type: Closed
