Apologies for the lack of reply, I got distracted after starting a new modded game. I have upgraded to 1.6.0 and am still experiencing the same issue after loading the save. If you'd like I can reupload the save file for you.- Ristle

Summary: The Party option on the UI, and on the HotKey P, will no longer open. Can't upgrade troops except through prisoner or garrison windows, can't talk to party members.
