it comes from their most dedicated fanbase and was coming from their modding scene.

There's a skill which gives a chance to get + relation with a random notable in a city with a governor per day. the other one is for villages. Depends which one you have chosen. ( i think now you can also let your companions stay in cities to farm relation with notables there too.)

They could ... of course. I just stated it could bring trouble. Warner got an army of lawyers just waiting for something like this to happen. Even if it's just "nemesis-like" there's a good possibility you'll hear from them. btw. gl hf if you have no legal insurance And that's the whole patent discussion **** in the gaming industry.
