Here is a tweak for editing how much does the pathfinding skill increase party map speed.
Open scripts.txt and find the paragraph with the title: game_get_party_speed_multiplier -1

In this paragraph edit the number 2 which is in bold text to a percentage of your choice, I know that in the description of the pathfinding skill it says that it every level of the skill increases your party speed by 3% but in Viking Conquest it is actually 2 by default, they didn't bother to change the description I guess.
In case you're having trouble finding the bold nuber 2 press ctrl+f and paste this in the search box:

and edit the number 2 before 2105 not the one after it.
I was looking for this tweak for quite a while and couldn't find it and now that I managed to dig it up I wanted to share it so other people who might be looking for it don't have to go through the same process as I did.
