Hello, i can't see the visual you attached. The guards in the castles and towns will be picked from the garrison of the settlement. If i understand the issue correctly based on the title, this is not a bug.

Sorry, I should have been more specific, it is a bug. I put the wrong picture up and accidentally erased my cloud file when cleaning my screen shots. There are Khuzait guards in the Vlandian at the front gates towns, they spawned in Galend. That can't be from the garrison? It did it twice. I have also seen imperial archers wandering around Vlandian towns. If I see it again I will attach a screen, I had it!

Should Khuzait's Khan gurad be in a Vlandian town garrison that is owned by a Vlandian clan? This doesn't make any sense? The garrisons are bugged.
