Resolved Game crash in Usanc Castle

The game crashes every single time I try to talk to the Garrison Commander in Usanc Castle to complete a quest. I think the castle might have recently been transfered from Vlandians to Western Empire so maybe there's no Garrison Commander to actually talk to and it crashes? Just to clarify, I've not seen an npc representing the Garrison Commander, I'm just clicking "Talk to the Garrison Commander" from the interface.

I'm uploading this here because the "send crash dump" function doesn't work.

I am having the same issue. I need to deliver troops to a vlandian castle. I have all troops required. I click on talk to garrison commander on the map interface. The game crashes on loading screen.
