Mod upload and avatar pic

Hey guys,

how long do I have to be on forum to:

a) publish mod
b) add avatar and banner to my profile
c) any other restrictions?

These are the only requirements for time spent on the forum in order to do various things.

20 minutes online:

You can post links to other websites, which will be visible but inactive, shown as plain text. (links to anything on "taleworlds.com" will always work normally)
You can now post images.
You can now set an avatar.

1 hour online:

Your links to other websites become active, but are tagged so that search engines will not follow them ("nofollow", preventing SEO spam).
You can now set a personal website link in your profile.
