FrancoFoda & Zweig

§1 II said:
In order to maintain a serious and professional environment players must be respectful and polite towards their opponents and anyone else on the forum subboard and the tournament servers. If a player shows a poor attitude and displays rudeness or immaturity he or she will be punished by the tournament administration. The range of punishments reaches from a warning to a ban from of the tournament, depending on the weight of the crime.

During a scrim FrancoFoda and Zweig used very inappropriate language and antisemitic terms towards their opponents. Therefore both receive a ban for one official match. Because their match is coming up very soon the captains of Aequalitas can decide whether the punishment should be executed this week or in week 3.

Name and tag violations, Week 2

  • Quake (LetMorkWork) played with an incorrect tag.

During a scrim Musty used insultive terms towards his opponents. Therefore he recieves a warning.

Motthe

Team roster post after warning, trolling, provoking and indirectly joking over an already warned matter.

Motthe / Aequalitas

Following yesterday's incident, we had a discussion with Motthe and several members of Aequalitas to sort out the behaviour of certain of their members and make sure this stuff doesn't happen again, in this tournament or future ones. Aequalitas showed themselves very receptive to our requests and seemed to understand what was problematic in the past or more recent incidents, as shown in this post. We also agreed that while Motthe shouldn't have acted the way he did, he wasn't necessarily the cause of the problem, rather a consequence of not having it fixed sooner.

For that reason, we agreed on reducing Motthe's ban to one week. Would Aequalitas happen to cross the line again, following punishments will be longer and without the possibility to revoke them.

Sharp

During an official Sharp used an insultive and inappropriate language towards his opponent. Therefore he recieves a warning.

Musty's warning has been changed to rudeness. I missunderstood the situation and made the wrong decision.

Name and tag violations, Week 5

§8 I said:
During matches, players should play with that name, including a team tag.

The following players have played using an incorrect name and/or tag:
  • Paulus (The Teutonic Order) played with an incorrect tag.
  • Gurkensoldner (The Teutonic Order) played with an incorrect tag.

They both recieve a warning.

Fearful and Nataxa

§2 I said:
It is strictly prohibited to gain an advantage by modifying texture files or using game modifications such as aimbots or autoblock. Every player that is found to have modified texture files or using game modifications in order to gain an advantage will be banned from the tournament and all his or her team forfeits all relevant rounds.

Today two players Fearful and Nataxa have been found cheating using wallhacks/modifications that give them an unfair advantage over others, thus both receive permanent bans without appeal.

CarpeDiem and XerXesJesus

Today CarpeDiem insulted the player Apollo over a physical attribute that brought already conflicts on the past. Knowing the differences and past between these two, the administration has decided to ban the player and will not be able to take part in the finals in the tournament. As a friendly reminder, knowing that you're one of the main references of Wbmm, you should take it as well as a warning out of the tournament to show respect to each individual, something you should naturally do without a reminder.

XerXesJesus posted a screenshot that indirectly compared the opposed player to a 'fat' person, even if he didn't specifically type the words, it implies an insult and after an apology on forums he's gonna get a warning.

(2) In order to maintain a serious and professional environment players must be respectful and polite towards their opponents and anyone else on the forum subboard and the tournament servers. If a player shows a poor attitude and displays rudeness or immaturity he or she will be punished by the tournament administration. The range of punishments reaches from a warning to a ban from of the tournament, depending on the weight of the crime.
