Every WMT week, one player will be awarded with the title, Player of the Week. Earning said title will entitle them to a steam game and an interview so that other players may get to know more about them. Pretty sick, right? So now you're probably wondering how the POTW will be decided. The POTW is voted upon by a panel of players, who are experienced and known for being impartial. At the end of the season the players with the most POTW nominations and awards will receive a grand prize.

It is roughly the same group from WPL, minus about 3 of them. We stopped letting the captain's nominate players because usually they make poor picks for some reason. Also a lot of captain's in the past never wanted to nominate one of their players.
 
The list of players who are responsible for nominations aren't listed in the WPL thread either, but here's the list from the Steam group:

There was pretty much a standout player for every team this week with the exception of mine where I saw two equals. All the others were pretty clear cut though.
 
ye, I thought the nominations were good for this week. Particularly Bubs; he had some nasty plays.

And please don't think I was being critical or anything. I think PotW is dope, but I just like to know who decides the nominations.

Bubs kept yelling in TS and we didn't know who it was. Pretty sure he lost some intelligence because of it.

Real MVP goes to me because when I stopped playing we started winning.

bubz made his presence known with manly screams of possible anguish or too much hype! But the hype inspired the men and their will to fight on! :][
