How does the vendor mechanic work in this mod? AS it is now i cant buy any new equipment and i can hardly sell what i get. I use the horse merchant and one or two town where i can sell stuff. When will the quartermaster give out new gear? Is it lv wise or something else?

You get new stuff available at qurtermeisters when you choose your class and get a new rank.
