Are you referring to the mod Chel created? If so, I think he has that area pretty well-covered.

I'm extremely happy with how arenas turned out in Mount & Blade v.0.800. Because of this, this add-on will not continue to be updated for later versions of the game past v.0.751.

You can export and import your character sheet, which will save about everything except equipment. This add-on will not see anymore updates, though.
