Un-Armored Lords and Kings in Castles

I made a mod and changed equipment for the Lords and Kings. They work fine in battle, but they appear with nothing on in Castles and Towns. Any idea how to fix that?

You need to make sure you've given them items in their inventory with the itp_civilian flag.
