The quest for a new gaming PC

I know double post, and old thread, but thought I'd give a final word now that I'm all done 
I play Skyrim beautifully, beyond max, with beautiful FPS, no stutter, and quick loading screens :')
I ended up keeping BOTH the MOBO, 520w'er PSU, Q6600 2.4GHz Processor, and Hard Drive.
Only thing I added was:
Nvidia GeForce 560 Ti - Bought it from a fella on TomsHardware forums for $150. Barely used.
Added 4GB more of DDR2 RAM - Bought it on eBay for $32 total. I have ~7GB total now. (replaced a previous 1GB and 512 MB with the 2GBs)
Friend had a copy of 64-bit Win7 Ultimate with one more serial key use
Turned a possible $800 project into $182, getting the exact results I wanted.
Hopefully this outcome can be a lesson to anyone looking!
