Tavern Crashe Fix Bug

I had the same problem as another guy with entering the tavern causing CTD I have applied the patch and the game works fine however I keep getting an error message in red constantly scrolling up my screen say line 11 how do I fix this says  something about calculate city based on villages surrounding it.  Cant wait to get it sorted

the question computica usually asks with the se questions is did you start a new game, if not then start a new game as many of the problems will simply be carried through with the save file. Sorry if that doesn't help any, the only other suggestion I have try reinstalling and make sure everything goes into the same mod folder as one of the patches (not sure if this is fixed now) installed to a different file location by default.
