Colt, I know what you mean but if the well is made full of poison,would throwing a new type of poison would be ethically wrong?
 
You don't understand. 'Poisoning the Well' is a logical fallacy. It's a bad argument plain and simple. Basic logic dictates it's a worthless argument and should not convince anyone. Poisoning the well is when you say something to the effect of 'That person is bad so this is true'. That does not make it true. Period. No opinions nessesary. Simple, basic fact.
