Seige battles.

Seige battles they arent working for me in the single player campaign. when i assault one, the castle is floating in the air. i can litteraly go under the walls to get in. and when im in and it goes to the next "part" of the battle which are in the streets. The buildings are now under the ground. is this only for me or... 

is this because the mod is still in beta. Or is it a bug with my installation?
