Recruiting soldiers other than kingdom conscripts

So far, I have joined the Russians on their conquest.  The only problem I have, is that I cannot seem to find any other soldiers than Russian conscripts and their upgrades (regulars and grenadiers).  The other vassals in my kingdom have Cossaks and Moscow musketeers.  How can I get other soldiers to fight with, that are also part of the Russians?

You should talk with the recruitment officer on the boulevard, there you can recruit other units.
To go to the Boulevard, go to the street scene and walk into the street at front right; alk against the invisible border and you'll be transported to the Boulevard scene.
