Question about Towns

When I talk to the guild master I have an option to see how the wealth of my town compares to the other towns. How would I get my town to be first in all categories ? The part where he tells you what shortages your town has, can I fix that by selling the needed goods to the town in the goods trade menu? This may be a weird question but I wanted to see if I could make my town the best in all of Perisno. Sorry in advance if I should have put this in the Q&A post.

If the devs didn't add new rules for the economy, it depends on a few factors as far as I remember. How many villagers can reach the city from the villages, how many caravans can reach their destination etc. So if you have a town where the villagers and the caravans are attacked regularly, no matter how much goods you bring, the prosperity of the town will be low, as well as your income.
