Need More Info PS4: can't play campaign or sandbox mode

Hi, I just bought physical version on PS4, installed it, done every updates, and now, the game don't allow me to launch a campaign or sandbox game, only custom battle.
How could I fix it before I consider getting it back to get a refund?

It looks like the game is still in the downloading state. Could you try deleting and reinstalling the game. If it is possible could you also try to install the download rather than using the disk?

Ciao, ho appena acquistato la versione fisica su PS4, l'ho installata, ho eseguito tutti gli aggiornamenti e ora il gioco non mi consente di avviare una campagna o un gioco sandbox, ma solo una battaglia personalizzata.
Come posso risolverlo prima di prendere in considerazione l'idea di restituirlo per ottenere un rimborso?
