my game crashes when...

im sorry bout my previous post, i didnt notice the quick question quick answer thread. Anyway, i really dont know whats happening in my game. Everytime I engage eyegrim the devourer, my game crashes and say that "can't load undead body" or something similar to that. Is this a bug?what should I do???thanks

Do you mean ''undeadface_a.dds'' ? I had the same problem and here's what i did

If it doesn't work try clean install.
