You just need to kill enough river pirates and talk to Constable Harek and he will tell you that you are finished, you cannot become a knight of Zendar because it is a neutral town so just join up with one of the factions like Swadians, Vaegers etc. You don't need to join right away you might want to build up your character first.

and I had heard that it's bossible to become a knigth of zendar by doing something. so I think't to ask if it's even possible.

The only thing we've heard is Armagan saying a new version would hopefully be released within a few weeks.
But that was January 24. So it could be any minute now  or much longer - God (Armagan) knows.
