Monks Preists Bichops?

Hey how do i get these guys? monks priests and whoever else r in this particular line of work.

You can only find them as captives, from what I have seen. Hire them from defeated bandit groups, you'll see monks first, who upgrade to priests. Honestly, they're not that useful, more a waste of manpower to keep them unless you really want them for role-playing purposes.
