Evertime I close my game and relaunch all my mods disappear and I have to uninstall and resubscribe to my mods. I only use the steam workshop mods and don't have Internet access most the time so idk why steam would mess with my files in offline mode.

afaik the workshop doesn't work when offline no matter the game, so anything you download from it disapears as long as you are offline

Unless you manually move the mod content folders to the games module folder i don't think there is a way to use the workshop mods offline. Marking as resolved due to not benig a bug.
