nice! but u should fix that line through is head and neck then its perfect

Thats not a part of model just for showing x,y,z axises in tool. Butaway looks good but that ear is more like an elf.

So here is an fast made texture, based on native one. This orc is sad. >: No idea how to fix that. Maybe should i make him Jocker tatoo? Teeth and rings are without texture atm, thay will be added as hairs/breads.

There was no info needed about creation of orcs but yes i took a look at LOTR arts again, ears are fine enough.

i cant help but notice almost everything done reminds me of the medieval 2 total war modification: Third Age Total War  .
