That is what I am doing I am starting to learn code. The editor and whatnot.

1. Learn skills
2. Do mod work
3. Ask people to join

This is NOT how it works:
1. Create a mod thread
2. Find out you have no modding skills
3. Ask people to join

Actually, I kind of disagree with Vader on this one. His way is how it could work, but not how it's necessary to work.
You could:
1. Learn skills
2. Start a mod
3. Fail horribly
4. Star anew
5. Make a mod thread (too damn early, I am so, so sorry)
6. Work more
7. Fail again, restart
8. Slack around
9. Work some more
10. Choose random from step 7 to step 9
11. Never recruit a permanent team
11. ???
12. PROFIT!

Vader's completely right about not asking other people to join. Hell, just do it on your own. Other people usually make a mess out of everything. (Not the people I've had the pleasure to work with though. )
