Looking for a regiment in East Asia

I'm having a really hard time getting into any fun pub games.  I need to play with a group of organized folks.  I live in South Korea currently, and play between 6 - 11pm KST (Weekdays) UTC+9 and I'm on and of all through out the day on weekends.  Are any regiments playing on or around these times?

I think I saur one Korean Server before, but im sorry to say (I dont think there are Korean Regiments) Closes is proberly Australia, (By Ping).  what server has the lowest amount of ping to you? AUS/EURO/USA?

I'm not necessarily looking for Korean specific regiments, just people that play around the same time as I do.  Oddly enough, the NW USA Official server, which has over 100 players right now, has one of the lowest pings for me (between 105 and 150).    My wife is streaming a movie at the moment, so the pings are kinda high.  My internet is a solid 100 mb/s  (Hooray for South Korean internet!).

What Timezone is that in GMT +/-? we have some Australian members who seem to be able to make it to LB's.
