How to create unique/special units?

It's a bit of a weird code, it seems rewritten from scratch
Would it be possible to assign some lords unique cultures but belonging to the same faction and in this way assign them their own templates?

Well, of course you have to rewrite parts from scratch since it's not in Native. It's still the same procedure which you can apply to Native lords. The other way which you suggest with assigning unique cultures would also require to rewrite parts of the code and would actually be more complicated than simply creating some if-clauses for the specific lords.

I already got some lords to use unique templates now I need them to have unique garrisons and unique guards in the castle and in the center

I know I'm asking a lot but I just want to get the mod of my dreams....jajajja

TLD is using the same princip for the unique troops at castles etc. (with some random chance for the common troops).
