Workshops and caravans are totally worth it, you just have to be a bit patient.

Agree on the AI being more aggressive SOMETIMES depending on their purpose and troops.
But Sieges need a lot of work, AI is completely broken.

AI is super aggressive as it is and almost at constant war and he suggests to raise their aggression
He speaks of make a huge garrison to be OP but food will kill the garrison
Relations are completely bugged with huge negatives and tiny positives

Thats what i disagree with for the section titled AI.

Nice post.

Fully agree with the fix required for the economy. It's so unstable, god it's like your handling babies. Atleast let me make a backup stock for my garisson so they dont die when the town/castle has overmunched itself once again.

Only part I don't agree with Is the workshops. I have 7 of them each generating atleast 400 a day and a few of them reaching even 900. Try some breweries where grain is available or potteries where clay is present.

I didn’t include that in the section for A.I. I disagree with hence I agree with that part
