So there is not splash screen, role the credits, nothings special when you beat the game? I started my own Kingdom and conquered everyone and expected to get some kind of acknowledgement but nothing ingame. How disappointing or did I miss something. I mean jesus I sunk countless hours into the game and zip.

You get one message saying calradia is united and that's it, you go back into the world to do nothing except massacre looters and experience new bugs. The lack of closure in the campaign has been a sore spot for years.
For as long as I have been playing Warband I have actually never made it to the end. That's the curse of modding- I make some changes, need to start a new game, play for a while to test the changes, then make some more changes, etc. Without modding, I probably would have stopped playing Warband years ago.
